The Calgary Stampeders have completed a trade with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, acquiring a fourth-round pick in the 2017 draft in exchange for national defensive back Tevaughn Campbell.

Campbell dressed in five games in 2015, his rookie season, and recorded seven tackles, one special-teams tackle and one knockdown.

“We had some concerns about Tevaughn’s health and so we decided to move in a different direction,” said Stampeders general manager John Hufnagel. “We thank Tevaughn for his efforts during his one season with the Stampeders and wish him the best of luck in the future.”
