For the second week in a row and the third time overall this season, Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell has been honoured as one of the Canadian Football League’s three players of the week.

Mitchell threw for 361 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions in the Stamps’ 36-34 victory over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Saturday as Calgary extended its winning streak to 10 games and its undefeated streak to 12.

Mitchell surpassed the 4,000-yard mark in passing for the season in the Stamps’ latest win and he has cracked the 300-yard mark in 11 of 13 games to date in 2016. He leads the CFL with 24 touchdown passes.

This is the seventh time this season a Stamps player has received player-of-the-week recognition from the league.
