Fanfest is one of our most anticipated Stampeder events of the year. It’s the ultimate kick-off party – it gets the Stamps, the Outriders, and, of course, the fans revved up and ready for another amazing season of Stampeders football!

It’s always so awesome to see the crowds that come out to McMahon for Fanfest. Rain or shine, the fans never disappoint, and the line-up for the pancake breakfast seems to get longer every year!

Once fed, the real fun begins! After the crowd pours onto the field, the fans have the chance to meet their favourite Stampeders, get some autographs, play games, and test out their football skills.

Fanfest is also where the fans get to meet and mingle with the brand new Outriders team for the first time. It’s exciting for us, as we get to have our “debut performance,” which gives the fans a sneak peek into what they’ll see on the sidelines this season.

I know for me, Fanfest is one of my favourite opportunities to meet face-to-face with the fans who support us all season long. It’s so amazing to connect with fans from age 1 – 100. Whether taking a quick picture, or making bets about the upcoming season, we all share a connection in that we’re passionate about this team.
