Outrider Appearance Information

The Calgary Stampeder Outriders are a talented group of women who bring enthusiasm and pride to everything they do. In addition to cheering on the Calgary Stampeders and providing entertainment at each home game, the Outriders play an integral role in the community. The Outriders volunteer their time at schools, hospitals and charitable events throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta. With a variety of music selections and dance styles, the Outriders appeal to Stampeder fans of all ages.

Requesting the Outriders to appear at your event is easy.

Requests will only be considered if they are received in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Outriders Appearance Request Form, please allow five-to-seven business days to receive a written response to your inquiry. Fulfillment of all Stampeder Outrider requests is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Outrider Appearance Fees

Outrider fees are as follows:

Charitable/Community/Non-Commercial Functions – No cost associated / unpaid appearance.

* Many civic organizations offer honorariums to the Outriders, which is appreciated.

Corporate Events/Commercial Functions – Information upon request

• The Calgary Stampeders must approve all event publicity that mentions an appearance by the Outriders
• The Outriders will need a private, clean and secure place to change and take breaks. Parkingand water must also be provided
• The client must provide clear, concise and detailed directions from McMahon Stadium to the event location
• There will be a minimum charge of $20 per Outrider for appearances outside the City of Calgary to offset travel expenses
