KIDS UP FRONT
The Calgary Stampeders and their fans are proud partners and contributors to Kids Up Front, a program which allows youngsters who would otherwise be unable to attend games
to watch Canadian Football League action at McMahon Stadium.
More than 2,500 Stampeders game tickets were donated to Kids Up Front from season-ticket holders this past regular season. The total value of the Stamps tickets received this year was over $85,000.
In conjunction with the Grey Cup Festival, the Stampeders also donated a pair of Silver-section tickets to the 2009 Grey Cup game at McMahon Stadium.
Kids Up Front also gives youngsters the opportunity attend other sporting and recreation activities as well as arts and culture events.
Fans who are unable to use their game tickets or who simply choose to donate them can give them to the football club and the Stampeders will then relay them to Kids Up Front for distribution to deserving children.
Tax receipts are available for those making donations.
You can contribute your tickets in one of two ways:
1) Drop the tickets off at the Stampeders' McMahon Stadium ticket office at least two business days before game day and they'll be passed along to Kids Up Front.
2) Courier the tickets to Kids Up Front, 5th Floor, 630 3rd Ave. S.W.
