The annual Training Camp BBQ was held on Saturday, June 11 at McMahon Stadium. This year's event was held in conjunction with the Stampeders' mock game.
A surprise element to the day was the official unveiling of the Stampeders' new black road helmets.
Quarterback Henry Burris and receiver Nik Lewis came out of the locker-room modelling the new helmets and one lucky fan won a random draw to take home one of the lids.
A Nik Lewis replica jersey was also given away as well as a pair of white-zone tickets and pre-game sideline passes for the June 15 pre-season contest against the BC Lions.
