Kids Club FAQ
Q: I registered a child for the MVP membership today. How can I pick it up?
A: Your Kids Club Membership and starter kit will be available for pickup at the next home game you attend at the Kids Club Tent located in the concourse near the northwest corner of McMahon Stadium behind section J and K. Alternative pick-up option: You can email email@example.com at least 48 hours in advance to arrange for pickup at the Stampeders Administration office located on the west side of McMahon Stadium between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. Proof of payment must be presented for pickup.
Q: How long does my membership last?
A: Your membership is valid for the entire season.
Q: My child is a member and I need to make changes to our account. How can I inform the club of our new information?
A: To make the changes to your child’s account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 403-205-8242.
Q: I did not receive a verification email to confirm my account? What should I do?
A: If you did not receive the verification email in your inbox, please check your spam folder for an email from online registration. If you still cannot find your verification email, please email email@example.com or call 403-205-8242.
Q: My child lost/misplaced the membership card. How can I get a new one?
A: We are happy to offer replacement membership cards for a small fee of $4 per replacement card. This fee covers the cost of the card and printing, fulfillment and postage fees. If you’d like to order a replacement card, please send a cheque or money order in the amount of $4 per replacement card, payable to the Calgary Stampeder Football Club, along with the member’s name and the address to which the card should be sent, to the following address:
