Mace’s Turkey Drive
Each winter, Calgary Stampeders defensive line coach Corey Mace leads a turkey and ham drive to help families in need.
“My belief has always been that no Christmas is complete without a turkey or ham dinner,” said Mace. “This season is all about families sharing good times and good food but unfortunately, some don’t have the fortune of having a turkey dinner. Fans have been very generous during the first few years of the program.”
In December, fans are asked contribute a turkey or ham and Mace personally delivers the donated items to the Airdrie Food Bank and CUPS.
