Calgary signed Morley as a free agent on May 31, 2011.

In his rookie season, Morley played in 16 regular-season games as well as the West Division semifinal. He made his CFL debut in Week 3 and had three tackles as well as a forced fumble that set the stage for the go-ahead touchdown in a win over Winnipeg. He was a fixture in the starting lineup at safety the remainder of the season. Morley led the Stamps with four forced fumbles and was second on the club in sacks with four. The sack total was the highest by a Calgary defensive back since David Lee McCrary had four in 1989. Morley made 40 tackles, including one tackle for loss, and also contributed one special-teams tackle and two pass knockdowns. He had three tackles and a sack in the West semifinal.
Morley played three seasons at the University of Tennessee and recorded 108 tackles, five interceptions, and one sack over the course of his collegiate career. He had two interceptions in both 2006 and 2008 and returned one of the picks for a touchdown in each season. Morley also saw occasional action on special teams and returned five kickoffs for 85 yards.
Morley starred at Miami Killian Senior High School and was rated by Rivals.com and Scout.com as the top cornerback in the 2005 recruiting class.
