Calgary signed Jackson on May 15, 2009. He played for the Port Huron Pirates of the Great Lakes Indoor Football League in 2006 and for the Fort Wayne Fusion of Arena Football League 2 in 2007.

College

Jackson spent five years, including one redshirt season, at Saginaw Valley State University. In 2005, he made 47 catches for 541 yards and two touchdowns for the Cardinals. In 2004, he had 11 receptions for 148 yards and one major.

Notable

Jackson led Fort Wayne in receiving during the 2007 af2 season with 95 catches for 986 yards and 12 touchdowns. He attended Detroit’s Pershing High School, which also claims Stamps defensive back J.R. Ruffin among its alumni.
