The Calgary Stampeders have added international defensive back Julian Wilson to the practice roster.

Wilson signed with the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2015. He had a short stint on the Kansas City Chiefs’ practice roster in 2016 and then joined the Minnesota Vikings. He re-signed with the Chiefs on Jan. 7 and was released on May 4.
In 48 games, including 22 starts, at the University of Oklahoma, Wilson made 99 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and four interceptions and had 15 pass breakups. In his senior season, he had a career-high seven tackles against Baylor and a 100-yard interception returned for a touchdown against Tennessee.
