With each successful Calgary Stampeders field-goal this season, a $250 donation is made to the EvenStart For Children Foundation of Calgary, thanks to the Crowe MacKay ‘Kicks for a Cause’ Program.

Through seven home games so far, Rene Paredes has successfully kicked 19 field-goals, which translates into $4,750 going towards giving Calgary’s at-risk children an even start!

“To be able to partner with Crowe MacKay on this fantastic initiative, as an organization, is a great honour” says Calgary Stampeders Senior Director of Business Operation, Mike Franco. “Being able to positively contribute to the lives of at-risk children, through the EvenStart Foundation, is something we are very proud of.”

The vison of EvenStart is a belief  that when children are fed, in good health, have access to education, live in homes that are safe, where parents are assisted in developing skills that allow them to generate a livable income, then children learn that they are valued, and are free to realize their potential.
