Winnipeg started with the ball and drove to the Stampeders 40 before settling for a field-goal to make it 3-0 early.

Shortly following a stalled Calgary drive, Silas Stewart forced a fumble during the punt putting the offence back on the field at the Winnipeg 19.

Bo Levi Mitchell hit Reggie Begelton in the endzone to take their first lead of the night 7-3.

The Stamps shanked their next punt, giving Winnipeg great field position at the Calgary 53.

The Stamps could put that punt behind them thanks to a huge sack from Mike Rose on second down, forcing the Blue Bombers to punt.

Janarion Grant had a big play just before the end of the quarter taking a punt back 30 yards to the Calgary 38 yard line.

The Bombers had a big chance to score a major early, but Muhammed made a great play on the ball in the endzone to jar the pass attempt loose forcing the bombers to kick a field-goal once again.

Calgary countered once again on the next drive.

Mitchell completed a few passes down the field before Rene Paredes eventually hit from 50 yards out to make the score 10-6.

Collaros found Greg Ellingson a couple times with about three minutes to go in the first half leading to a 16 yard touchdown through the air to Carlton Agudosi making it 13-10 with 1:52 to go.

Calgary found the scoreboard first in the second half.

Mitchell connected with Begelton for 45 yards before Carey ran to the Winnipeg seven. The Stamps wouldn’t get any farther however and Paredes would put another through the uprights to make it 16-13.

The Bombers we’re gifted some luck on the next drive.

A play was blown dead on a possible fumble to keep the drive alive and then on a missed Winnipeg field goal Calgary was charged with roughing the kicker and paid the price.

Dru Brown punched the ball in over the top to make it 20-16 Bombers.

Peyton Logan rumbled for a huge return on the ensuing kickoff giving the Stamps the ball at the Winnipeg 49.

Carey rushed the ball to the left inside the Bombers five yard-line but after a three yard run on first-and-goal the Stamps would throw two incomplete passes to turn the ball over on downs.

Early in the fourth quarter Folarin Orimolade sacked Collaros on second down forcing the Bombers to punt from their own endzone.

Logan returned the punt for a touchdown but a holding call negated the score.

Calgary would drive into the Bombers end on the next drive but would once again have to settle for a Paredes field goal, this time from 48 yards out to make it 20-19.

Winnipeg went to work on their next drive pushing their way down the field and finding the endzone as Agudosi picked up his second receiving touchdown of the game.

But, they missed the extra point making it 26-19 with 3:54 to go.

Calgary started with the ball at the Bombers 53 with 1:25 to go.

They didn’t get to the first down spot on third down but Winnipeg was flagged for roughing the passer, allowing the Calgary drive to continue.

Mitchell tried to find Kamar Jorden in the endzone but he bobbled the ball into the air resulting in an interception and sealing the game away.
