While general manager and head coach Dave Dickenson got a lot work done in off-season trades, he still made a splash in free agency, signing nine new players once the window opened.

All-CFL receiver Reggie Begelton made a trip up to Alberta last month and proposed to his now fiancée Taylah!

While in Calgary, Begelton joined in on a Roughnecks practice to get some lacrosse lessons from Curtis Dickson.
