The Stamps are welcoming the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to McMahon Stadium on Friday evening to open up the regular season after finishing the CFL pre-season with a 2-0 record.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. MT for the West Division tilt.

The Bombers make their return to Calgary after dropping a pair of games to BC and Saskatchewan in exhibition action.

In 2025, the Stampeders swept the Bombers in three matchups including two which took place in Calgary at McMahon Stadium. This season, another three-game series is on tap as the Stamps will be travelling to Winnipeg in Weeks 8 and 19.

Stamps: RB Dedrick Mills: The bruising tailback won the 2025 rushing crown along with league and West Division all-star honours after posting career-highs of 1,409 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns in 18 games for the Red and White. Last season in Week 10 against Winnipeg, Mills rushed for 105 yards.

Bombers: QB Zach Collaros: The 37-year-old veteran quarterback will look to regain his form from his back-to-back MOP (Most Outstanding Player) seasons in 2021 and 2022.
