Years on the Team: This is my second year with the Calgary Stampeder Outriders, and I am incredibly excited to return for what is looking out to be an even bigger and better season.

Education/Career: I will be entering my third year at the University of Calgary in Fall 2026, where I am completing my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Biology.

Dance Career Highlight: A major highlight of my dance career has been being part of the Outriders, as well as having the opportunity to perform with the Calgary Roughnecks Drill Crew. Both teams are made up of incredibly talented and inspiring women, and it is truly a privilege to dance alongside them. An additional highlight was spending a summer at the National Ballet School of Canada at the age of 12.

Performing Sideline or On-Field Routines?: I genuinely enjoy both. Sideline routines allow for meaningful interaction with fans and help us stay engaged with the game, while on-field routines give us the opportunity to showcase our full performance abilities. Performing at McMahon Stadium is an experience I truly love.

Pre-Game Ritual: Before every game, I make sure to shower, fuel my body with a nutritious meal, and review both sideline and on-field routines. I also double-check my Outrider bag, usually multiple times, to ensure I have everything I need for a successful game day.

What are you most looking forward to with Calgary hosting this year’s Grey Cup?:
I am especially looking forward to connecting with cheer teams from across the CFL. While we represent different teams, there is a strong sense of community among us. We support one another, share experiences, and celebrate our shared passion. It truly feels like one big family.

Relax or Celebrate Post-Win?: After a game, I love celebrating with my teammates and spending time with friends and family on the field. It is incredibly rewarding to connect with our supportive fan base after games whether that’s taking photos, signing toy footballs, or simply meeting members of the Stampeders community.

A Song That Makes You Think About the Outriders: “These Boots Are Made for Walkin’” by Nancy Sinatra and “Burn It to the Ground” by Nickelback both capture the energy and spirit of the Outriders.

Best Part About Community Outreach with the Stampeders: Community outreach with the Stampeders Organization has provided me with opportunities I would not have experienced otherwise. It allows me to meet incredible people, build meaningful connections, and represent an organization that truly values its community.

Dream Artist to Dance on Tour With: It’s hard to choose just one, but I would love to dance with artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Tate McRae, and Taylor Swift.

What’s Something on Your Bucket List?: Traveling the world! Especially exploring different parts of Europe is something I most definitely want to do one day.

Favourite Game of the Season: The Stampede Bowl is my favourite game of the season! The energy and atmosphere are unmatched, and the unique theme makes it especially memorable. I also love the Home Opener, as the excitement of a new season and stepping onto the field for the first time is an incredible feeling.

Favourite Family Tradition: My favourite family tradition is that we always play board games together on Christmas Eve! Another favourite one of mine is that whenever it is your birthday in my family you get to eat dinner on a special plate that my mom made for my sisters and I when we were little girls!

If Your Teammates Could Describe You in Three Words: Charismatic, hardworking, and dependable.

Who Inspires You?: I’m lucky to have so many people in my life who inspire me every day. My teammates and coaches , who are some of the most resilient and fearless women I know, constantly motivating me with their strength and commitment . My parents, who continue to show up with unwavering dedication and compassion, no matter what. My sisters, who fill my life with laughter and work so hard towards everything they care about. And my best friend, Jett, whose kindness and positivity leaves a lasting impact on everyone around him.
