Education/Career: I went to school for early childhood education but now work as a service coordinator
Dance Career Highlight: A dance career highlight of mine would have to be becoming the dance captain of the company I was in when I lived in Vancouver!
Performing sideline routines or on-field routines?: This one is a toss up. We always have killer routines that I love performing but there’s something about the sidelines that make game day that much more enjoyable! It’s also a good way to interact with the crowd!
Pre Game Ritual: I always have a slow morning, I like to go through everything in my bag and make sure I don’t forget anything. Then I usually will go get a coffee or some sort of fun drink to have on my drive down to McMahon. I also always have what I call my “pump” up playlist on while driving.
What are you looking most forward to with Calgary hosting this years Grey Cup?: I look forward to seeing the hustle and bustle of the whole city! Having an event as spectacular as Grey Cup in our own city is something I find very cool to be apart of
Relax or Celebrate post win?: I always celebrate post win! Whether that be going out with my girls or a nice post game dinner!
A song that makes you think about the Outriders: There are 2 songs I think of, first one is Burn it to the ground because that’s the song to our iconic opening dance, and the other is Drink in my hand by Eric Church which plays during McMahon moments at the games!
Best part about community outreach with the Stampeders: Discovering different events that go on in our community. Another great part about the community outreach is representing the organization and showing everyone what it’s like being an outrider!
Who would be your dream artist to dance on tour with?: A dream artist that I would love to dance for would have to be Rihanna!!
What’s something on your bucket list?: One of the things on my bucket list is to go to Australia one day! (Even though I don’t like spiders)
Favourite game of the season: My favourite game of the season would either be our Labour day game or our Pink Power game
Favourite family tradition: My favourite family tradition is for everyone’s birthday, the whole family gets together and the person whose birthday it is gets to pick the theme and what we have for dinner.
If your teammates could describe you in three words, what would they be?: If my teammates could describe me in 3 words they would say; hardworking, loving, and funny.
Who is someone that inspires you?: I have a couple people who inspire me but the first 2 that come to mind are my mom and sister. I can truly say that they are my best friends and that they would do anything for me. I’m in constant awe of how they navigate life with love and honesty.
