Seasons: Rookie Year
Occupation: Dance Teacher and Nanny
Education: Currently enrolled in Bow Valley to become a nurse
Hometown: Calgary Alberta
What is your dance/performance background: I have been dancing competitively since I was three and was involved in many things like dancing in the grey cup in 2009 (When I first saw the outriders), dancing in the parade, and completed adapt exams along the way. I danced until I was 17, afterwards teaching became my new passion. Last year I attended my first year of Adapt Teacher Training, and am now enrolled in my second year.
Why did you decide to audition for the Outriders: As a little girl growing up my teachers were apart of the outriders and I always looked up to them as people. Outriders has been a dream of mine since I was 9 years old, not only because of the dancing part but also because of the charities we get to be involved in.
What is your top Outriders appearance to attend: I absolutely LOVE going to the children’s hospital, seeing all the kids and how much they light up when we walk in the room. Not only the kids but I light up when I see them, It gives me so much joy to be able to be apart of there lives even if it’s in a small way.
