Years on the Team: 2nd Season
Education/Career: Earned a diploma in health science at Algonquin College in Ottawa/ON but I work in the hospitality industry as a manager/server
Dance Career Highlight: Making the Outriders has been my dance career highlight
Performing sideline routines or on-field routines?: Sideline routines
Pre Game Ritual: It starts with a good 8 hours of sleep so I am rested and ready. In the morning I like to play our routine music while I eat and get my bag ready. I then like to fit in a light workout and stretch so my body is feeling strong and prepared.
What are you looking most forward to with Calgary hosting this years Grey Cup?: Honestly, I am most excited for the atmosphere. Having the Grey cup in our home city brings so much buzz and excitement within the city. I am excited for the atmosphere, the fans and the chance to be a part of something so memorable with our team.
Relax or Celebrate post win?: Celebrate
A song that makes you think about the Outriders: These boots are made for walkin’ by Nancy Sinatra
Best part about community outreach with the Stampeders: The best part is getting to connect with people in a genuine way. Whether it’s meeting young fans, visiting schools or being involved in local events, It is sincerely rewarding to see the impact we have and to represent the team beyond game day. It’s a friendly reminder that what we do goes a lot further than the field.
Who would be your dream artist to dance on tour with?: Morgan Wallen or Ella Langley
What’s something on your bucket list?: Definitely a European summer, traveling through Italy, France and Greece
Favourite game of the season: Getting to share the field with our Junior Outriders, it feels special to perform alongside young girls at the very start of their dance journey. Watching their excitement and confidence is so cute and such a fun and memorable game.
Favourite family tradition: Spending 2 weeks at a cottage every summer in Perth, Ontario . It’s all about quality time, boating, water sports, fishing, campfires and cooking. I have a big family and don’t get to see everyone often, especially living in Calgary dancing, so that time together means everything. Definitely my favourite time of year.
If your teammates could describe you in three words, what would they be?: Confident, driven and team oriented
Who is someone that inspires you?: Someone who inspires me is my mom. She’s always shown me what hard work and resilience look like, and no matter what is going on, she shows up for me and our family. Watching her balance everything with grace has pushed me to hold myself to a higher standard and stay grounded.
