Years on the Team: 2

Education/Career: I recently graduated from the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) program in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Calgary. Alongside my studies, I work as a dance teacher and choreographer.

Dance Career Highlight: Beyond my rookie season with the team – performing at home games and in the Grey Cup pre-game – I would say competing at the World Tap Dance Championships in Riesa, Germany in 2019 stands out most. I made so many meaningful connections there, some of whom I still dance with today in a professional tap company.

Performing sideline routines or on-field routines?: Although I love both, sideline routines are especially fun because I get to bring more personality into the performance, interact directly with Stamps fans, and feel how our energy brings the crowd together.

Pre Game Ritual: I start the morning with Starbucks and a good breakfast. Closer to game time, I always have an ice-cold Diet Coke and blast music while getting ready with the girls.

What are you looking most forward to with Calgary hosting this years Grey Cup?: Besides hoping we’ll be performing when the Stamps make it to the Grey Cup, I’m so excited for all the festival events leading up to game day. I have so much pride for this city and can’t wait to represent it when fans from across the league come together.

Relax or Celebrate post win?: Celebrate, usually! The energy after a win is such a high, and it’s so fun to keep that going with the team.

A song that makes you think about the Outriders: Anything by Nickelback—but ‘Burn It ToThe Ground’ will always belong to our opener routine. For sidelines, I always think of ‘CTRL + ALT + DEL’ from practicing our game day routines.

Best part about community outreach with the Stampeders: I love seeing the impact firsthand – whether it’s working with students or visiting patients at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. Seeing their faces light up during activities is incredibly rewarding.

Who would be your dream artist to dance on tour with?: It’s hard not to say Justin Bieber, but if Rihanna ever went on tour again, I’d absolutely love to dance with her.

What’s something on your bucket list?: I’m dying to travel to Japan, see the Northern Lights in Iceland, go skydiving, and (hopefully!) get into the master’s program I’m applying for.

Favourite game of the season: This is a hard choice; I don’t know if I can pick between the Stampede Bowl Game or the Labour Day Classic Game! Both are just especially high energy games to be dancing at.

Favourite family tradition: On Christmas Eve, we always sit together in our pajamas with a warm drink and watch either Elf or Home Alone. Those movies never get old for me!

If your teammates could describe you in three words, what would they be?: Driven, sarcastic (I love joking and banter!), intelligent.

Who is someone that inspires you?: It might sound simple, but my parents genuinely inspire me. They’ve supported me through every part of my academic and dance journey, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. They’ve also shaped how I approach challenges and push me to keep growing.
