Pre Game Ritual: Wake up with my heatless curlers locked in, give myself a high-five in the mirror, stretch and review game day material, fuel up with my go-to meal, do a couple of cartwheels for good vibes, and blast Doses and Mimosas on my way to McMahon.
What are you looking most forward to with Calgary hosting this years Grey Cup?: Showcasing Calgary’s spirit, connecting with fans from across Canada, and being a part of such an iconic moment in CFL history. I’m especially excited to represent our team, share the excitement on game day, and help create an unforgettable experience for everyone at McMahon.

Best part about community outreach with the Stampeders: The best part is getting to connect with fans beyond game day and seeing the impact we can make in the community. Whether we’re visiting schools, attending local events, or supporting charitable initiatives, it’s so rewarding to represent the Stampeders and bring a little extra energy and positivity to people’s day.
Who would be your dream artist to dance on tour with?: Lady Gaga -Her shows are powerful, dynamic, and push dancers to perform at their absolute best, which would be an incredible experience.
Favourite game of the season: Labour Day
Favourite family tradition: Every summer, my mama and I team up to paint a new mural on our fence. It’s messy, creative, and so special!

Who is someone that inspires you?: Dana Murphy! She was my first coach and mentor who guided me into the professional dance world.
