Years on the Outriders: 5th year
Education & Career: I am a student at the University of Calgary getting a B.A. in Sociology and I will be
graduating this year!
What inspired you to audition for The Outriders?
I have been a dancer for most of my life so I was inspired to audition for the team as an opportunity to expand
my performance experience. I was also excited to be part of a team environment and be an ambassador for the
Calgary Stampeders.
What is your all time dance career highlight?
Being an Outrider is definitely a highlight as well as dancing with the Source Dance Company in Vancouver.
Who is someone you admire, and why?
I admire all of my teammates and coaches. I am surrounded by so many talented and inspiring women on this
team!
What organization are you most excited to work with this season?
Alberta Children’s Hospital
If you were a superhero, what superpower would you have?
Flying and it would be my main form of transportation.
What advice would you give someone who wants to join the Outriders?
I would recommend going to a Stamps game to get an idea of the Outrider style and choreography. To prepare
for auditions, focus on your performance and power in your movements and be confident in your dancing!
