Occupation: Administrative Assistant at ATCO Energy Solutions
Education: 5th Year Student obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications from Mount Royal University
Home town: Airdrie, Alberta
What is your dance/performance background: I started dancing at the age of three, I continued to dance competitively until I was 17. I also grew up participating in the Young Canadians. I wasn’t ready to give up dancing quite yet, so that (and Sarah) led me to audition for Outriders.
What is your top Outriders appearance to attend: Our Alberta Children’s Hospital visits.
Favorite charity: I have too many favorites so here are my top 4: Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids, Closer to Home, and Kids Upfront. All of these charity organizations help to ensure that the kids of Calgary have everything they need, whether that be food, loving support systems and families that are close to them, or experiences they’ve always dreamed of being a part of. As well as AARCs.
Favorite game day song: Oh, it’s hard to pick just one… top three: Search and Rescue by Drake, Tick Tick Boom by Sage the Gemini, and The Spins by Mac Miller
Favorite style of dance: Jazz or anything country!
Favorite thing about Calgary: I love that Calgary has big city vibes while still being so close to the mountains.
Favorite pastime: Anything to keep me active as well as hanging out with friends and family
Favourite book: Any textbook assigned by my professors…
Favorite quote: “Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject, so you know you are getting the best possible information.” – Michael Scott
Favourite thing about game day: My favorite thing about game day is not only being able to do what I love while cheering on our favorite team, but also being able to meet everyone at pre-game festivities.
