Hufnagel is in his ninth season as the Stamps’ director of U.S. scouting.
He previously spent nine seasons with the National Football League’s New York Jets. He was a video intern when he first joined the Jets in 2006 before earning a full-time position in 2007 as a pro personnel assistant. In 2011 he became a pro scout and was promoted to college area scout after the 2012 NFL draft, evaluating college prospects in the Western United States.
Hufnagel graduated from Kent State with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a minor in sport management. He was born in Calgary during the days when his dad, John, was a CFL quarterback.
