Running backs coach
CFL: 1st season
Stamps: 1st season

Davies is in his first season as running backs coach. Prior to joining the coaching staff, he had served as a regional scouting consultant for the Stampeders since 2012.

Davies started his coaching career in 2007 as receivers coach at his alma mater, Simon Fraser. He went on to work at the high-school level in Texas, culminating with a stint as offensive coordinator at Lehman High School in 2022.

As a player, Davies was a standout quarterback at Port Moody (BC) Secondary School before starting his collegiate career at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He then transferred to Simon Fraser and graduated as the school’s all-time leading passer in completions, yards and touchdowns.  He was a conference all-star in 2003 and led Simon Fraser to the first two playoff victories in school history. In the first post-season win on Nov. 4, 2003, against Regina, Davies set a Simon Fraser single-game mark with 482 passing yards.

After Simon Fraser, Davies went on to play in Arena Football 2 for the RGV Dorados.

Davies is a member of the British Columbia Football Hall of Fame.
