Demery was signed by the Edmonton Elks on May 24, 2021. He was released on May 26, 2022, and re-signed on July 12, 2022. Edmonton then released Demery on July 17, 2022.

College

Demery played 26 games and made 25 starts over three seasons (2018-20) at Florida International. In 2019, he was part of a Golden Panthers offensive line that allowed just 14 sacks on the season, the lowest total in Conference USA. In 2018, he started 11 games at left tackle and helped the Panthers set a single-season school record with just eight sacks allowed. His 2020 season was cut short after two games due to injury. Prior to attending Florida International, Demery played one season at Hutchinson (Kansas) Community College.
