2024
(Edmonton) Moncrief signed for his second stint with the Elks on July 7 and started the final 14 games of the season at the SAM position. He made 50 tackles including four tackles for loss and added three sacks, one interception and one knockdown. Moncrief had a season-high eight tackles as well as a sack in a Week 16 contest against Winnipeg and six tackles and two sacks in Week 19 at Calgary.
2023
(Saskatchewan) Moncrief played 14 games for the Roughriders and made 50 defensive tackles including one tackle for loss, one special-teams tackle and four knockdowns. After being on the injury list for the first two games of the season, he made his 2023 debut in Week 3 and had three tackles in a knockdown in Calgary. Moncrief’s season best of seven tackles came in Week 15 against Edmonton. He was sidelined by injury for the final two games of the year.
2022
(Saskatchewan) Moncrief earned the second division all-star honour of his career after a season in which he recorded 49 tackles in 17 games and shared the team lead with four interceptions. He also had two tackles for loss, one special-teams stop and three knockdowns. Moncrief had an interception in each of the first two games of the season and a total of three picks in the first four contests. He had a season-high nine tackles against Calgary in Week 20.
2021
(Edmonton) Moncrief was the Elks’ nominee for the CFL’s Most Outstanding Defensive Player award as he recorded 23 tackles including one tackle for loss, four sacks, one special-teams tackle and five knockdowns in nine games. Three of Moncrief’s sacks came in a Nov. 5 game at Saskatchewan. He had four tackles and a sack against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in Week 11.
2019
(Saskatchewan) Moncrief was named a West Division and CFL all-star season after accumulating 69 tackles including two tackles for loss, four special-teams tackles, four sacks, three interceptions, one forced fumble and one knockdown in 17 games. In the season-opener at Hamilton, he made seven tackles and picked up the first sack of his CFL career. Moncrief also had seven tackles in Week 6 against BC and had interceptions in back-to-back games against Ottawa in Week 11 and against Winnipeg in Week 12. He was in uniform for the Western Semi-Final and had one tackle and one knockdown.
2018
(Saskatchewan) In his second season with the Roughriders, Moncrief played 12 games and amassed 42 tackles including four tackles for loss, one special-teams takedown, one interception and two knockdowns. He had eight tackles in the season-opener against Toronto and four tackles and an interception in Week 18 at Winnipeg. Moncrief had one tackle in the Western Semi-Final.
2017
(Saskatchewan) Moncrief played and started six games, recording 15 defensive tackles, one special-teams stop, one interception that he returned 54 yards and three knockdowns. He made his CFL debut in Week 8 against the BC Lions and had two tackles, two knockdowns and an interception. After missing six contests due to injury, he returned to the lineup in October and played the final five games. Moncrief played in the both the Eastern Semi-Final and the Eastern Final and contributed 11 defensive tackles, one special-teams stop, one forced fumble and one knockdown.

College
Moncrief played his senior season (2016) at Oklahoma State and had 16 tackles including one tackle for loss, one interception and two passes defended in 13 games for the Cowboys. He played for Auburn in 2014 and had 27 tackles and one forced fumble in 13 games including one start. Moncrief had six tackles in the Outback Bowl against Wisconsin. He started his collegiate career at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and had 67 tackles and three interceptions in two seasons with the Bulldogs.
Personal
Moncrief had 77 tackles and four interceptions during his senior season at Prattville (Ala.) High School. He also played basketball for the Lions.
