Davis signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on June 1, 2013. He was released on June 23 and re-signed with the Ticats on July 24, 2013. Davis was signed as an undrafted free agent by the National Football League’s Cleveland Browns on Apr. 30, 2012, and released on Aug. 27, 2012, after attending the Browns’ training camp. Davis signed with the United Football League’s Sacramento Mountain Lions on Sept. 22, 2012.
(Hamilton) Appearing in six games, Davis posted 18 defensive tackles, one forced fumble and one knockdown.
(Hamilton) Davis started 17 regular season games and registered 55 defensive tackles, two special-teams tackles, two tackles for loss, five interceptions, seven knockdowns, one forced fumble and three fumble recoveries. He returned one interception 55 yards for a touchdown against Toronto on Sept. 5. He was named a CFL player of the week after picking up one interception and two fumble recoveries in a Sept. 16 game against Montreal. Davis, who was named an East Division all-star, also played in the Eastern Semi-Final and collected four tackles.
(Hamilton) Started all 18 games for the Tiger-Cats and earned East all-star honours after registering a career high in defensive tackles (61) as well as one sack, one fumble recovery, 12 pass knockdowns and five interceptions including three interceptions returned for a touchdown. He also made eight special-teams tackles. On Aug. 9 against Winnipeg, he became the first player in Ticats history to return two interceptions for a touchdown in the same game. Davis also dressed for both playoff games, registering three tackles and an interception.

(Hamilton) Davis started 12 regular-season games and had 41 defensive tackles, eight special-teams tackles, three forced fumbles and five knockdowns. He had a season-high nine tackles against Montreal on Oct. 26. Davis started all three post-season games for Hamilton including the Grey Cup and had eight defensive tackles, one special-teams tackle and one interception.

Davis played 49 games over four seasons (2007-11) at East Carolina and recorded 230 defensive tackles (143 solo, 87 assisted), 1.5 quarterback sacks and nine interceptions including two pick-sixes. He was named second-team all-Conference USA in 2010.
Davis was a communications major at East Carolina. He played quarterback at Manteo High School and led the Redskins to the North Carolina state championship in 2006.
