• 2020 – Selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round (222nd overall) of the 2020 NFL draft. He played 19 games over the 2021 and 2022 seasons with the Cardinals and accumulated 417 rushing yards and three touchdowns as well as 30 catches for 226 yards. He was waived on Nov. 14, 2022
• 2022 – Acquired on waivers by the Houston Texans (NFL) on Nov. 15. He dressed for two games with Houston and was waived on Dec. 13
• 2022 – Acquired on waivers by the New Orleans Saints (NFL) on Dec. 14. He saw action in three games and had 13 rushing yards and one reception for nine yards. He was placed on injured reserve on Aug. 6, 2023

College           

Benjamin played 35 games over three seasons (2017-19) at Arizona State. He had 576 carries for 2,867 yards and 27 touchdowns as a member of the Sun Devils and added 82 catches for 625 yards and four majors. Benjamin was first-team all-Pac 12 Conference as a sophomore in 2018 after setting a single-season school record with 1,642 rushing yards. He also set the Sun Devils’ single-game record during the 2018 season with a 312-yard performance against Oregon State.

Personal

Benjamin was an all-state performer at Wylie (Tex.) East High School after rushing for 2,604 yards and 32 touchdowns during his senior season with the Raiders. Over four years at Wylie East, he accumulated 7,546 rushing yards and 111 TDs.
