• 2025 – Signed as an undrafted free agent with the New England Patriots (NFL) on May 9. He played three pre-season games, recording nine tackles, one pass defended, one interception and one sack before being waived on Aug. 22
• 2026 – Signed with the Louisville Kings (UFL) on Feb. 19. He was released on Mar. 19

College           

Polk spent his senior season (2024) at Texas State. In 11 starts over 13 games, he registered 69 tackles including 5.5 tackles for loss, two passes defended, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and two sacks. He was an all-Sun Belt Conference honourable mention with the Bobcats. Prior to Texas State, Polk played three seasons (2021-23) at East Texas A&M (now Texas A&M–Commerce) after redshirting in 2019. With the Lions, he made 15 starts in 26 games and tallied 72 tackles including seven tackles for loss, 13 passes defended, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and three sacks.

Personal

Polk lettered twice in both football and track at Lamar High School in Arlington, Tex. As a senior, he was named a team captain and earned second-team all-state honours. Polk won two area championships and one district championship with the Vikings.
