Williams-Lambert signed as a free agent with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Apr 24, 2018. He was released by Saskatchewan on Jan. 15, 2019, to permit him to sign with the National Football League’s Chicago Bears on Jan. 18, 2019. He was waived by the Bears at the conclusion of training camp on Aug. 31, 2019, and re-signed with the Roughriders on Sept. 4, 2019. Prior to first coming to the CFL, Williams-Lambert signed with the NFL’s New Orleans Saints an undrafted free agent on May 2, 2016. He was waived on Sept. 3, 2016, and added to New Orleans’ practice squad on Sept. 4, 2016. He re-signed with the Saints on Jan. 2, 2017, was placed on injured reserve on Aug. 10, 2017, and released on Aug. 11, 2017.
(Saskatchewan) Williams-Lambert played and started the season’s first four games and made 14 catches for 152 yards. He missed the remainder of the season with a wrist injury.
(Saskatchewan) Williams-Lambert was under contract with the Roughriders but the season was cancelled because of the global pandemic.

(Saskatchewan) Williams-Lambert was the Roughriders’ nominee and West Division finalist for the Most Outstanding Rookie award after making 62 catches for 764 yards and four touchdowns in 17 games. He made his CFL debut with three catches in Week 1 against Toronto and scored his first touchdown the following week in Ottawa. Williams-Lambert had two touchdown grabs in Week 15 at Toronto. His best performance came in a Week 10 contest against Calgary when he made 10 catches for 152 yards and was named one of the league’s top performers of the week. Williams-Lambert was in uniform for the Western Semi-Final and had one catch for one yard.

Williams-Lambert played 43 games and made 30 starts over four seasons (2012-15) at Ball State. After seeing limited action as a freshman with the Cardinals, he broke out as a sophomore with 72 catches for 1,050 yards and 10 touchdowns as he was was named third-team all-Mid-American Conference. Williams-Lambert was second-team all-conference for each of the next two seasons and finished his career with 200 receptions for 2,723 yards and 24 touchdowns.
Williams-Lambert earned all-conference, all-county and all-region honours following his senior season at North Central High School in Indianapolis. He also competed in basketball and track and field for the Panthers.
