• 2024 – Signed by DC Defenders (UFL) on Dec. 5. He played six games during the 2025 season and had 16 tackles and one interception

College           

Proctor played 51 games and made 19 starts over six years (2018-23) at Ohio State. He accumulated 112 career tackles including 6.5 tackles for loss with the Buckeyes and also had one sack and three interceptions including a pick-six in a 2023 game against Maryland.

Personal

Proctor played on both sides of the ball for Owasso (Okla.) High School, seeing action both as a safety and a wide receiver for the Rams. He was part of Owasso’s Class 6A-1 state-championship team in 2017. Proctor also played basketball for the Rams.
