College

Manns played his senior season (2024) at James Madison. Across 12 starts in 13 games for the Dukes, he made 70 tackles including 12.5 tackles for loss and recorded nine sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and two pass breakups. He was James Madison’s defensive lineman of the year and second-team all-Sun Belt Conference. Manns played his 2023 season at Colorado, recording three starts in 12 games. Playing for the Buffaloes, he made nine tackles including one tackle for loss and one sack. He began his college career with four seasons (2019-22) at Maine. Manns made 14 starts in 27 games, tallying 109 tackles including 15.5 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one pass defended with the Black Bears.

Personal

Manns attended New Rochelle (N.Y.) High School and was a two-time all-state and three-time all-conference player for the Huguenots. He majored in professional and continuing education at James Madison.
