Jamerson originally signed with Calgary on Apr. 18, 2022, and he was released on May 29, 2022. He was selected in the fifth round (164th overall) by the New Orleans Saints in the 2018 NFL draft. He was waived by the Saints on Sept. 1, 2018. Jamerson was then claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans on Sept. 2, 2018, and released on Dec. 4, 2019. He joined the Green Bay Packers on Dec. 5, 2018, before being released on Aug. 31, 2019. Jamerson spent time with the Carolina Panthers from Sept. 1, 2019, to Feb. 16, 2021. He re-joined the Saints on Aug. 8, 2021, but was released on Aug. 31, 2021. Jamerson was signed to the practice squad of the New York Jets on Oct. 6, 2021, until Nov. 24, 2021, and then joined the practice squad of the New York Giants on Dec. 6, 2021, until his contract expired on Jan. 9, 2022. He signed with the Las Vegas Raiders on Jan. 18, 2022, and was released on Mar. 25, 2022. In total, Jamerson played 21 NFL games with the Packers, Texans and Panthers, totaling 13 tackles and one pass defended.
(Calgary) Jamerson attended training camp with the Stampeders. He was re-signed on Aug. 1 and made his Calgary debut in Week 11 against Toronto, recording five tackles including a tackle for loss and one knockdown. Jamerson played a total of four regular-season games, starting at the field corner position in each of them, and had 12 tackles including two tackles for loss and two knockdowns. He started the Western Semi-Final at field corner and made five tackles.

Jamerson played four seasons (2014-17) at Wisconsin, making 16 starts in 47 games played. During his time with the Badgers, he made 88 tackles including five tackles for loss, 14 pass breakups, two interceptions including one returned for a touchdown and 1.5 sacks. Jamerson added 38 kickoff returns for 784 yards and one touchdown. He was an all-Big Ten honourable mention in 2017 and the defensive MVP of the 2018 East-West Shrine Game. Jamerson won a bowl game in all four years with Wisconsin and spent his freshman season at receiver.
Jamerson attended Vanguard High School in Ocala, Fla., where he played receiver and had 119 receptions for 2,096 yards and 42 touchdowns. As a senior with the Knights, he had 68 catches for 1,195 yards and 17 touchdowns in addition to two more scores on kickoff returns. Jamerson was a first-team Class 6A all-state selection for his final year. He majored in human development and family studies at Wisconsin.
