• 2017 – Signed as undrafted free agent by Indianapolis Colts (NFL) on May 4. He spent time on the Colts’ practice squad over the 2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons and was released on Sept. 4, 2019
• 2019 – Drafted by Houstin Roughnecks (XFL). In five games during the 2020 season, he completed 119 of 184 passes for 1,338 yards and 15 touchdowns and carried the ball 24 times for 99 yards and one major
• 2020 – Signed by Carolina Panthers (NFL) on Mar. 25. He played a total of 15 games including seven starts for Carolina from 2020 to 2022, completing 131 of 228 passes for 1,461 yards and five touchdowns
• 2023 – Signed by Chicago Bears (NFL) on Mar. 16 and released on Aug. 28
• 2023 – Signed by Cleveland Browns (NFL) on Sept. 4. He played two games including two starts and completed 54 of 111 passes for 674 yards and one touchdown
• 2024 – Signed by Seattle Seahawks (NFL) on June 11 and released on Aug. 27

College           

Walker played 49 games and made 47 starts over four years (2013-16) at Temple and finished his collegiate career as the Owls’ all-time leader in completions (830), passing yards (10,668) and touchdown passes (74). Walker was the most outstanding player in the 2016 American Athletic Conference championship game (a 34-10 win over Navy) and was the first Temple quarterback to lead the school to multiple bowl-game appearances. For his career, Walker completed 830 of 1,456 passes for 74 touchdowns and also had 342 carries for 763 yards and nine majors.

Personal

Walker led Elizabeth (N.J.) High School to the state football championship in 2012 and also played basketball for the Minutemen. His full name is Phillip Justice Walker Jr.
