(Calgary) Vaughn has played four games and has 16 carries for 29 yards and five touchdowns. He has also made three special-teams tackles.

2025

(Calgary) Vaughn dressed for all 18 regular-season games including his professional debut in the season-opener against Hamilton. In his capacity as the short-yardage quarterback, he had 37 carries for 67 yards and six touchdowns and he also completed one pass attempt for five yards and made two receptions for 18 yards and a two-point conversion. Vaughn scored his first career touchdown in Week 7 at Winnipeg and had a pair of rushing majors in Week 14 at Edmonton. In the Western Semi-Final at BC, Vaughn had five carries for 15 yards and one touchdown.

College

Vaughn played 54 games over five years (2020-24) at North Dakota. A converted quarterback, Vaughn saw action at tight end for North Dakota and was under centre in short-yardage situations. In 2024, he had 11 catches for 111 yards and one touchdown and was a perfect 11-for-11 on short-yardage keepers. In 54 career games for the Fighting Hawks, he had 17 rushing touchdowns as well as 21 catches for 197 yards and four scores. Vaughn had four passing touchdowns in his first two seasons at North Dakota before the position switch.

Personal

Vaughn is a product of the Clarkson Football North high-school program and earned MVP honours in each of his four seasons at Football North. His father Mike and brother Justin both played for the CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
