College/Junior
Howard saw action at tight end over two seasons (2021-23) at Saint Mary’s. In 18 games for the Huskies, he had 10 catches for 84 yards. Howard previously played one season at the University of British Columbia and one season with the Langley Rams of the Canadian Junior Football League.
