• 2025 – Signed as undrafted free agent by New Orleans Saints (NFL) on May 9. He played three pre-season games and recorded three tackles before being waived on Aug. 25

College           

Powell played 43 games and made 32 starts over four years (2021-24) at Rutgers. He had 201 career tackles for the Scarlet Knights including 11.5 tackles for loss and added five sacks, one interception, two forced fumbles and 10 passes defended. Powell was a two-time academic all-Big Ten selection and was a team captain during his senior season.

Personal

Powell played on both sides of the ball at Vineland (N.J.) High school. As a quarterback, he threw 868 yards and rushed for 454 with 13 total touchdowns while on defence he had 60 tackles and two interceptions.
