I haven’t got my ticket?
Please ensure you have entered your e-mail address correctly during your purchase. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours after your purchase please e-mail 5050draw@calgaryflames.com You must e-mail from the same e-mail you purchased your tickets with. You will not receive a response unless it has been 24 hours since your purchase. If you entered your e-mail in correctly your tickets will be resent.

How much do tickets cost?
1 for $5
3 for $10
10 for $20
30 for $50
75 for $100

Who can purchase?
You must be in Alberta at the time of your purchase and over the age of 18 in order to participate.

How can you ensure that someone is in Alberta while purchasing?
The website uses geo-fencing technology to ensure you’re in the province. An address and postal code is also collected throughout the transaction.

What time will the tickets be available?
The one day draw will open at 9:30AM MST and close at 9:30PM MST the same day, Saturday, November 21, 2020.

How do I find the winning ticket number?
The winning ticket number is posted on the Stampeders website www.stampeders.com/5050 after the draw closes on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

How do I pay and get my ticket?
When you purchase online you must use a credit card. You will receive a system confirmation following your transaction and will be e-mailed your ticket(s).

Trouble Shooting:
• We do not accept AMEX
• You must be in Alberta to purchase, not living in Alberta, the system is geo-fenced.
• You must enter the same e-mail twice (without error).
• Due to AGLC regulations, tickets are non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds if you enter the amount purchased wrong, please ensure to double check what you have purchased.
• If you are in Alberta but being blocked, the IP from your mobile device may being providing an out of province address, which would block you. Try clearing your data on their mobile browser and try again. If the device is still being blocked using the cellular network, we suggest try connecting to wifi and purchasing.

We will do our very best to get back to you right away. You may receive an out-of-office reply with the winning ticket numbers, this is just to help provide the numbers the e-mail is attended to.

What happens if I win?
You will need to provide your winning ticket to the representative with a piece of ID. You will receive a claim form to complete and then a cheque will be mailed to you within 30 days.

Can I gift my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Where does the other 50% of the jackpot go?
To the Stampeders Foundation projects through the Calgary Flames Foundation. You will see a charge on your credit card from the Calgary Flames Foundation. The Stampeders Football Foundation was started in 2013 and since has distributed $3 million to sports and football programs, including awards and scholarship. The mandate of the Stampeders Foundation is to promote wellness through access and support of football and sport. Each year the Stampeders Foundation provides funding to KidSport Calgary to assist with the cost of football registration in community and high school football programs and heavily support the Calgary Colts and Calgary Bantam Football Association. The Stampeders Foundation also created a flag football intermural program in Jr. High Schools and provided flag football kits to 48 junior highs in Calgary. Most recently, as a part of the Grey Cup 2019 Legacy, the Stampeders Foundation alongside the City of Calgary and a number of sport partners announced the Shouldice Shelter at Shouldice Athletic Park – a field that will be covered to provide sports teams with a much needed place to play all year!
