It was arts and crafts time for kicker Rene Paredes and punter Rob Maver in the players’ lounge at McMahon Stadium this week.
The kicking duo agreed to decorate Easter Eggs for each other.
Paredes designed one for Maver which featured the name of Maver’s Stamps TV series Coffin Corner Correspondent along with Rob and his girlfriend and yard lines around the base indicating the “coffin corner’.
Maver’s creation for Paredes featured the CFL Rabbit leaping across the goal line as Paredes kicks a ball through the uprights while his girlfriend and newborn son watch from the stands.
