The Calgary Stampeder Football Club extends an invitation to athletes to attend open tryouts. If you would like the opportunity to showcase yourself and your football skills to the Calgary Stampeders coaching and player personnel staff, join us for our open tryouts.

All Stampeder open tryouts are professionally filmed and thoroughly evaluated by Calgary Stampeders football staff.

Below are the dates for 2018 open tryouts.

(Pre-registration closed. You can still sign up on site on the morning of the tryout)

For further information, email Kyle Carson at: scouting@stampeders.com This will be followed by individual position drills and one-on-ones. The cost of the workout is $80 cash per person, payable at registration. Unless otherwise noted, registration begins at 9 a.m., at which time participants will be weighed and measured. Each participant will be put through a number of Canadian Football League-specific athletic tests and drills such as the 40-yard dash, short shuttle, broad jump and vertical jump. No pads are necessary, athletes are in cleats, shorts and T-shirts.
