The Calgary Stampeders have added international running back Paris Cotton to the practice roster.

The 26-year-old Miami native played a total of 17 games for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers over the 2014 and 2015 seasons and amassed 629 rushing yards and four touchdowns as well as 24 receptions for 243 yards and one score. Cotton also returned nine kickoffs for 184 yards and three punts for 22 yards.

He has three career 100-yard rushing games including a 108-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Stamps on Oct. 18, 2014, and a 131-yard effort against the BC Lions on Oct. 25, 2014.

Cotton played four years (2008-11) at Central Michigan and saw action in 40 games including 18 starts. For his career, he rushed for 1,381 yards and nine touchdowns and made 44 catches for 488 yards and three scores. In a 2010 game against Eastern Michigan, he set career bests with 209 yards and three touchdowns.
