This is my first CFL touchdown.

I was blocking my guy and I just looked and saw Terry [Williams], who ran super fast and he blocked the punt so I knew that I had to scoop it. Terry beat me to the ball and he tried to scoop it, but he just batted it a little further and I was able to scoop and score.

I’ll give the most credit to Terry, I just finished the play and scored.

I think my last touchdown was in college. I think there was a flag on the play and it got called back, but the last touchdown I scored in was a fullback flat and I ran that for about 40-45 yards to the house.

It wasn’t a pretty game, but an ugly one is still a win. We kept our composure and we fought all game. We fought right to the very end. I’m proud of the guys. We had some good plays and some bad plays. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are not the team we beat 60-1, they have definitely improved. We knew it was going to be a dog fight.
