The future begins on Thursday, May 3 as the Stampeders will look to find the next great Canadian talent in the 2018 CFL Draft.

Calgary holds nine selections in the upcoming draft, with its first coming at eighth overall.

Stampeders picks
1st round: 8th overall
2nd round: 17th overall
3rd round: 25th overall
4th round: 28th overall (acquired from Hamilton in Charleston Hughes trade)
5th round: 39th overall
5th round: 42nd overall (acquired from Ottawa in Drew Tate trade)
6th round: 50th overall
7th round: 59th overall
8th round: 68th overall

In the past few years, the Stamps have found a number of valuable players in the draft process, with selections such as Tunde Adeleke, Alex Singleton, Juwan Brescacin, Pierre-Luc Caron, and Ante Milanovic-Litre among others.

Having consistently found talent in the latter part of the draft, General Manager John Hufnagel has excelled at finding value to add to his roster.
