Stampeders games are fun for the whole family.
There will be something for every member of your family at our Family Day game on Sept. 14, with festivities beginning three hours prior to kickoff against the Hamilton Tiger Cats.
Our Gridiron Gardens in the south practice field will be transformed into a Family Tailgate Party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and there will be some very special guests:
The Stampeders have proudly partnered with the Family Channel and Kidomo to bring characters to the tailgate, including Chase and Skye from Paw Patrol, Iron Man and Spider-Man.
The Gardens will also host a variety of activities such as bouncy castles, a photo booth with free printouts, face painting, airbrush tattoos and much more.
Of course, there’s also something for mom and dad. The Gridiron Gardens will have music, player autographs and food and drink available for purchase throughout the Family Tailgate Party.
For some lucky family tailgaters, you’ll receive a Stamps jersey lunch bag upon entrance to the Gridiron Gardens. Available while quantities last.
The family fun doesn’t stop there, as our Little Miss Outriders are also set to take the field. The Stampeders Outriders dance team has invited kids aged 5-15 to step into the shoes of an everyday Outrider, and be taught how to cheer and participate in a dance routine.
With the help of our dance team, these young dancers will perform a routine as a group on the field for the halftime show!
