Episode 5 – Alex Singleton

Glorious and free. Not just a description of Alex Singleton’s hairstyle but of his personality as well. The sophomore linebacker is enjoying another successful year, already recording two sacks and an interception so far this season.

We chat with the native Californian in this edition of the Stampeders Up Close Podcast about his expectations for himself after a standout second half of last season. Singleton talks about the similarities of Montana, where he played college football, and Alberta, as well as how he’s embracing what it means to be a “Canadian.”

Touting 56 defensive tackles at the midpoint of the 2017 season, 25 more than the next defensive player on the Stamps, Singleton continues to impress the Red and White faithful.

What kind of impact does the big, goofy grin have on opposing offences? Find out in the latest Stampeders Up Close Podcast.
