Billingsley played the first three seasons of his collegiate career as a tight end at Alabama and had 37 receptions for 559 yards and six touchdowns in 36 games for the Crimson Tide. He transferred to Texas for his senior season in 2022 and had three receptions for 38 yards in four games for the Longhorns.
