The Calgary Stampeders have released national defensive back Demetri Royer from the practice roster.
A 2022 draft selection, Royer spent the entire 2022 season and the first six weeks of the current campaign on the six-game injury list before being placed on the practice roster. The Western Illinois University alum did not see any game action during his time with the Red and White.
