7 Things – Stamps @ Elks

1. Us: (4-8)

The Stamps mounted a huge fourth-quarter comeback on Labour Day Monday against the Elks to grab much needed 35-31 victory. Marken Michel had four receptions for 95 yards to spark the offence.

2. Them: Edmonton Elks (2-10)

The Elks fell to the Stamps after winning two straight games with Tre Ford at QB. Ford dazzled again last Monday but it wasn’t enough as Edmonton became the first team to double-digit losses.

3. Us Vs Them:

This last meeting of the season between the two Alberta rivals. As mentioned, the Stamps are 1-0 against Edmonton winning 35-31 last week.

The Stamps are 2-4 on the road this season and 2-5 against the West Division. The Elks are 1-5 at home and 0-7 against divisional opponents.

Thanks to our Director of Communications Jean Lefebvre for handing off these facts!
